  • What should my child expect when attending Summer Camp?
Anticipate a blend of group and individual learning experiences for your child. Group sessions, orchestrated by therapists and facilitated by therapy assistants, aim to enhance social and interactive skills. Meanwhile, personalized one-on-one sessions focus on nurturing your child's abilities and promoting growth. Your child will seamlessly absorb knowledge without even realizing it!
  • What if my child already has an evaluation?
If your child has previously been assessed, please ensure that the evaluation, along with their care plan, is forwarded to our clinic.
  • What does summer camp cost?
The fee for summer camp is $25, and there's an additional refundable deposit of $50, contingent upon attending at least 75% of the sessions.
  • Is insurance accepted?
Insurance will be billed for your child's individual therapy sessions. Insurance does not cover the $25 dollar camp fee.
  • What do services look like at camp?
Sessions are provided in a one-on-one environment. Your child will work with a therapist to focus on achieving the goals outlined in their personalized care plan.
  • What if my child gets therapy at another clinic?
Your child is still eligible to access services at the We Are Better Together summer camp. Simply provide us with their latest evaluation and care plan from their current clinic.
  • My child is not toilet trained yet, what are my options?
If your child hasn't yet mastered using the toilet independently, please ensure you can promptly come to the clinic/camp location within 30 minutes in case they require a diaper change.
  • What to bring to summer camp?
Please ensure sunscreen and a hat are available. Additionally, if your child has a specific cup preference for drinking, kindly provide it.
  • What if we miss a few days or can not attend a couple days?
75% attendance is required to receive your $50 dollar camp deposit back. If there are some days that your child will not be able to attend, please let us know.
  • What if my child has a food allergy?
