Teen & Preteen Social Squad

The Teen & Preteen Social Squad is a group program designed specifically for older kids who are working on social communication, connection, and confidence. Led by our licensed therapists, Social Squad meets in a supportive, low-pressure environment where preteens and teens can practice real-world social skills alongside peers who get it.

Each session follows daily themes and activities that make skill-building feel natural and fun — not like therapy homework. Whether your child is working on reading social cues, navigating friendships, or simply finding their people, Social Squad gives them a safe space to show up as themselves.
